In the update on Thursday, July 21, the Half-life music was announced to be available on Saturday, July 31 and ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm WHERE IS IT?!!!!!!!!! (Furious snorts of rage and impatience)

Yeah, sorry about that, man! The servers here are VERY fickle.....turns out the problem was in our lettering, we had it as "Half-life's OST" and you can't have the apostrophe in the lettering, oops Oh well, as you put it, it'll be up tomorrow!

Is it just my computer, or is there a problem with the Half-life 2 soundtrack? I downloaded the first one, and that worked fine after I extracted it, but the second one will not run. It says that there are no files in the folder. I'm going to download the OPF instead.

Yes, it's my fault, I changed it so that the soundtracks have the actual file names and it cut out in the middle......probably should restart that ;) It'll be up later tonight......

Oh, well good! I was afraid I was going to have to download the OPF! 34 or so megabytes + dial-up, does not lead to a very pleasant experience! :) I think that the Half-life soundtrack is excellent! I can't stop listening to it! Thank you!

I hate to be a total newbie here but....I am. I can't find the songs at all and I would love to. I tried the search options suggested above and got nothing....how do you get the songs?

What seems to be the problem?

Did you extract the files? When you get a zipped folder you almost always need to extract the files inside. Right click on the folder and select extract all. It worked on mine!

We use Fileplanet to host our songs. If you don't have a Gamespy ID, you need to create one here. If you already have one, you need to login there first, then go to back to the soundtrack page and click download again.
