i know i am only back on, but will go missing from the site from monday!! the wrist replacement is going ahead on tuesday. you know i have been waiting a long time for this, and it would have to happen when their is a big race meeting next weekend :( :( ah well hope to catch up with you all as soon as i can type again. cheers for now max ;)
