Unfortunatley, due to health problems, Pam Durkie has decided to give up the job of editing the DPS magazine In Focus.

Pam has edited the magazine for as long as I have been a member of the DPS and has seen through anumber of changes to its style and content. It has been the virtual sole means of communication for the membership for many years and the job that Pam did has been invaluable. I for one am grateful for the hard work that she has done and I am sure I am not alone.

Pam has said that she will continue with the PR side of her job for the forseeable future.

We are fortunate that John and Jan Abbott are prepared to take on the task of producing the magazine, and have agreed to do so at fairly short notice.

They are asking the DPS members to make contributions of articles and images and to send them to them for inclusion to:

infocus@disabledphotographers.co.uk

The images should be as big and as good in quality as you can make them, John and Jan can downsize them as appropriate at the other end. John has posted a request in the other matters sectionif you want to have a look.
