Here's how to post pictures on this forum, using the imageshack host -

First your images will need to be under 1.5 megabytes in size and please try to keep them to a mximum of 800 pixels on the longest side.

Go to Imageshack (click here) http://www.imageshack.us
(There are other image hosts but please ensure they do not have inapropriate advertising on their site.)

Step 1 - Browse for the required picture on your computer



Step 2 - Put a tick in the box "remove size/resolution bar from thumbnail? "


Step 3 - Click "host it!"

You will then be redirected to another page.

Step 4 - Copy the entire code in the box marked "Thumbnail for forums (1)"



Step 5 Now paste the copied code into your message on this forum and you will then have a clickable thumbnail for your image that opens in its original size, in a new window.

It's a good idea to Preview your Post before posting just to check it's worked.

There are other image hosts out there, some do not have a thumbnail facillity and some contain inapropriate advertisng so be careful when and if you use them.
