Here's an eye opener for you; spoke to a well know seller of Nikon equipment yesterday and they told me that they buy an EN-EL3e battery from Nikon for £20! We buy one from a shop and your looking at the best part of £50; a 150% profit for someone!!!!!!!

This is just my thinking on this subject. I feel that if anything is going to kill off the digital revolution, it will be the massive greed behind the sale of peripherals like
batteries, paper,ink and recording media.
I have basically given up printing my images as the cost of best quality ink and paper makes this an unecononmic proposition when you have avery small, set income to live on.
Printing ink is now one of the most expensive items on this earth,
but is sold at Massive profit margins ( I have read up to 100,000% profit)
I tried cheaper cartridges, 5 different makes , but all they did was give false colours and jam up the jets.
Interested in your views,

David :(

Yep your right guys ink is a great rip off. I know several people who use continous ink systems and get great results. One guy is a wedding hpotographer and he is more thn happy.

As for the adds on the bottom of the pages, we have no control over them, they are supplied by google and it uses a word recognition system to place what it thinks are appropriate adds for the content of the posts.
