The weekend took us south to the Air Britian Fly-in.

Saturday, the forecast was for rain then clearing so we arrived at North Weald for mid day the rain had finished and among the photo opportunities 2 Percival Old Timers.

Sunday bright but breezy well windy, with no flying so a visit around the airfield produced a Russian Old Timer and Vietnam Veteran

I remember well the Air Britain fly-in at Wellesbourne mountford. An astonishing number and array of aircrft visitied over the buisiest weekend ever at that airfield. Air Britain fly-ins are always worth a visit if you can make it.
