I'm serious. On a total fireban day you're not allowed to reap or anything. In WA if they even catch you out in your paddock walking around you sheep you get slapped with a fine. They have whirly-gigs out to make sure you don't. Wish they did here too. Some of the idiots we have in this area...we had a fire a couple of k's up the road a few weeks ago, accidental start, some poor sap out win-rowing sparked off a rock. Smoke could be seen for hundreds of k's, and there's some other idiot, just on the other side of the hill. Win-rowing and thinking to himself "gee there's a lot of smoke around. I wonder what the CFS are doing out here today...?"

I don't mind talking about bushfires, but I DO resent it if someone refuses to see just how much of a danger they are, especially here. And I have two family members who are in the CFS. Bushfires really aren't something that should be joked about.

I know! Its just as bad as joking about a hurricane in my area. - some things ya just dont kid around about ya know?

BTW what is CFS - Im pretty sure I've heard it before - I just cant seem to think of it right now.
