Title: What can the club do for an LFS

Miserable day in our shop today. THEFT! A customer; sorry, thief, stole some lights. Not that big of a deal except that it affects the pricing of everything in the store!!!! We are already expensive due to staff, rent, inventory, etc. We have a lot of blind spots in our store. I would like to ask the club members to help us eliminate this problem by letting us know how we can improve. I would also ask each of you to help us in monitoring customers when you are in our store. This is a ridiculous post, my apologies, but we cannot afford 5 staff members at all times in the store. When 10 people come in, 3 employees cannot watch everyone! I am reaching out to the club because pricing affects everyone....and I don't want to be the 4th store in 12 months to shutdown.

Thank you for your consideration,

Scott

If caught, a public nut punch ought to help out as well.

Scott,
I hate it for you and the store. Kerry and I will think of ways that maybe we can help. I am sure everyone in the club will help to.
