In the spirit of generating a little excitement about our upcoming OMAS Krazy Daze Garage Sale, I'm going to lead off with a preview of the items we'll be bringing.
55 gallon acrylic tank w/black solid-wood stand The tank shows signs of use (perhaps a little abuse) and has some scratches you'd expect in a well experienced acrylic tank. It is reef-ready and has bulkheads and return lines already installed. The stand isn't perfect, but it has recently been sealed and painted black, and has new hinges on the doors.
Reefkeeper International wet/dry sump I've searched for information on this company, but can't find any reference to them. I have no idea how old this beast is. It measures 19" L x 9" W x 14.5" H, and is of the typical two-chambered design. It is VERY similar in size and design to the CPR CR900 Wet/Dry Filter. It comes complete with one chamber full of bio-balls.
ARO 48" VHO Retro-Kit w/bulbs This is a really sweet VHO setup for someone wanting to replace an existing setup or start new. It has a practically brand new ARO electronic ballast and 2ea UV Lighting AquaSun and Super Actinic lamps. As I understand it, the ballast had something like one month of use and the bulbs just a few hours when I bought it...but I've never used it.
AGA 72 gallon bow front aquarium This tank has seen better days. It has several very poorly drilled holes in the back and is cracked in an arc from one of the holes to about 8" above the bottom. Also, The top frame is heat damaged from VHO lamps being placed to close. It comes with the complete hinged glass top. This would take a lot more work than I'm willing to put into it to return it to use as an aquarium, but it would make a GREAT critter cage!!
Hood for AGA 72 gallon bow front aquarium This is the complete form-fitting plastic hood for either the AGA or Oceanic 72 gallon bow front tank. It comes with the top panels, so only the back is open when they're installed.
Well, that's a start! There's no telling what else we'll toss in the pickup on garage sale day.
