I just find problems with every single story or research thing that I hear.

"The wind blocked out the sound of the beasts jumping on my truck, but it picked up the noise of them walking hundreds of feet away."


And then I think about how, 2 Million Hunters descend on the Michigan woods every year, and no BF's get whacked. But Johnny von doofus in his 85 Toyota almost hit one pulling into his driveway at 10PM on a Friday night.

And then I think about how your mind plays tricks on you when you are sitting alone in the woods. You can listen to a squirrel and it sounds like a three legged cow crashing through the woods, and I don't know how many times in low light, I've seen a trophy buck sitting there waiting for me to shoot it, and as the light comes in, it turns into a tree branch or a stump.
