1. Dont clan war anyone big yet, it gets spirits down. Look for beginner clans. In fact, today I saw someone post on trem forums they want an intro-clan match, and it would be their first.

2. Practice. Organize, get together, play as a team. Come and play with AoD, I really love to help, and I'm telling my clan to drop the grudge so long as you guys play nice.

3. Team Speak. Uses microphones, not keyboards. Much quicker, helps a lot in clan wars, and puts you on a more face to face level with clan members.

Thats about all I can say right now, I really just wanted to post and say hi. I can't speak for my whole clan, but as for myself, consider me an ally.
