Never deck out your seer council its just not worth it in the end.

Why Baharroth if you don't have a squad of Swooping Hawks to fly with him?

It looks like a prertty straight forward solid force.
I think its worth decking out you seer council in larger games of 2000pts +.

May i suggest putting the baharoth in a squad of swooping hawks. it looks cooler and they can all move the same distance.

How many point is this? 1000? I don't feel like grabbing my codex and looking since I don't know what weapons / gear the squads have.

You have no anti-tank weapons, unless you put bright lances in the guardian squads, which are expensive.

As far as I'm concerned the phoenix lords are over-prices for their use. The only logical reason to take them would be for fluff reasons, and with no hawks in your army, doesn't seem to fit.

Remember, the phoenix lords don't have invulnerable saves ( except for the dire avenger one) so one tank shell is likely to end Baharroth's life, especialy if he's with a guardian squad moving 6" a turn. :D If anything ( he has Hawk Wings! ) maybe deep strike him behind cover from your enemy to protect him from shooting ( you'll also get to use his grenade pack and provide a threat to your enemy's flank, even if you don't assault until support can come help.

I would take Striking Scorpions over the banshees ( but then again I have a hard-on for scorps :lol: ), they're more likely to get to your opponent without transport.

Hmmm i employ the tactic of using assault units to take out undermanned and isolated squads. Personally i dont like the baharoth as he is too weak on other characters as he was pityful against the emperors champion who was alone against the baharoth and the farseer. I like him a lot but i think he could be better as a swooping hawk exarch decked out to punch holes not make dents.

My dark reapers are anti-tank.

Str 5 Anti-Tank weapons?

How you'd get the reapers behind a tank is beyond what I can imagine.

I don't think they can, they have to use reaper launchers but I also play dark eldar and 5 of my dark eldar have laz cannons.

Well you can upgrade the a reaper to an exarch and pay extra for his eldar missile launcher, which is 28 extra points for a single Str 8 shot in the army.

Erokose, how does your dark eldar army help your eldar army? :blink:

Well because erokose doesnt have enough pionts to play my black templars for example (look out erokose an assault squad better forfeit), to make a reasonable sized battle we let him use his dark eldar as guardians. Theyre pretty annoying seems though im always against him in multy platyers and the guardians seem to aquire lascannons and splinter cannons. Oh no hemauculous just turned up lets use a combined dark eldar/eldar force.

Ok soon dark eldar and eldar can be bought in the same box, so sometimes I use house rules and say they joined forces (Like on enslaved the other)

Well dark eldar are sick , but i personally like orks they r 2 cool 4 skool
