Title: Tau V.T.O.L.

GreyDeath - January 26, 2005 05:09 AM (GMT)
I have been working on this well Tau Helicopter idea.
But I wanted it to look very much Tau and like a Fish.
So I used bits and green stuff to convert my vertical flyer.

I have a few more things to do but its almost done.
The photos suck and its night so again. Blah they suck.

Anyways a few more details and it will be done.

But mostly the color and look is what I was trying to show.
Oh and that I finished it also.

Well here you go.

And this ones well a little blurry but it shows the final shape I managed to convert and make using green stuff.

Well I am really happy with it and I will get better photos in daytime and change these out.

So what do you think?

Little brighter and like I said before I still have a little more detailing and work to be done but was close enough to show photos of it.

Thanks again.

Amazing as usual. Did you use another model to base this on or did you build it from scratch?
Looks like a much more upgraded and closed top version of a tau parannah just released by forgeworld.

Good job.

Its made from a helicopter plastic kit.

Here
My very first hour or so of just getting the parts I wanted and cuting them close and seeing how it looks and if it will work.

Then some glue and getting the look a little closer.

Then I used alot of green stuff and alot of sanding and then painting and then the finished model
