Okay, it looks like a good army all around but i wouldnt use it in a tournament.
You have too many risky, vunerable units that can deny you victory points. For example, Dire avengers: are a good units to take if your opponent is ONLY combat because then they cant be shot down before their exarch gets into combats and/or they get into firing range. Not good when in a tournament, people are not likely to take a full-combat army.
Dark reapers: aswell, to weak and vunerable anybody with a long range weapon are going to get an easy 37 victory points and then you may run off the board and your opponent has easily taken off a large chunk of you points. Also, dont give your exarch both abilities since he cant use both at the same time, choose 1.
Falcon: good
Wraithlord: good, take more
Avatar: Great
Rangers: Good choice, i say this because i do an alaitoc eldar force
Guardians: Good but take as many as possible with a bright lance/star cannon in the unit.
Farseer:Good

P.S. Can you have only 2 in a dark reaper squad?

Minimum squad size is 3

Thanks for the suggestions
