What Internet browser do you use? Im currently using Avant Browser but i may change to Firefox. :)

I dont use Fire_Fo because I have never heard of it. I am British you see so I am not upto what you pesky Americans do, joke by the way, dont take it personal!!!!! :)

well idon't think we can take it personal because we are mostly aussies ;) so now you know that where not americans m8, and firefox is a very good browser, I would reccomend it

Ok well now my computer has Internet explorer, avant browser, firefox, and opera. I mainly use Internet explorer, but i use Opera for Java websites.

I don't really use internet explorer and mozilla, because i am mostly on msn talkin to my m8s :D but when i do use them, i am on this site, email, and other stuff

Well MOZILLA FIRE FOX was the one before internet explorer and they have only recently fixed it up so its a more advanced one. Anyway, Mozilla is designed to block most viruses and ever since Ive used it I haven't got one pop up (I have a pop up stopper but It never seemed to work :blink: )

yeah , i would highly reccomend mozilla firefox, if you don't like pop-ups and viruses, get mozilla

I dont think you have to buy mozilla, its actually a free thing. but yeh it is a good internet browser, i reccomend it. whenever i use it, i never get pop ups.

there are actually 2 better internet browsers that you can download than mozilla they are opera and conqueror, these are exellent browsers which can not get any viruses and they also have an inbuilt virus protector just incase a leak is found.
and chaos god i would highly recomend you stick to opera over firefox because you have dial up and it can help make the net go faster.
but to all you broadband users it doesnt really matter which browser you use because both have pretty much no viruses

Well Im actually quite happy with Mozilla, I haven't had 1 pop up or virus yet.

Actuslly a great browser is Opera it is the best.
If they all dont allow viruses whats the point of virus programs? trust me all browser let in viruses its impossible for a browser to fit in an anti-virus program because the biggest browser in only 10mb.
And the reason you havnt got viruses is duhhh!!! youse all have virus programs!

What about pop ups then? With Mozilla I don't get them but with Internet explorer I get them and they both have a pop blocker that is exactly the same.

Good point, but the more pop ups you get the more you are likely to accidentally click the link and the more your likely to get a virus.

Yeah, back when there was no pop up blocker it would take up to an hour to get to the site you needed to get to!!!
