What size game do you enjoy playing the most?

I like playing from 750 to 1200. Any smaller and its just a skirmish and any bigger and it takes too long.

Erm...from 160pts (Kill Team is great fun) to up to 10,000pts.

Generally i play around 1,000-2,000pts. But thats cos most of my games take place at my local GW (which is 1,000pt games only) or at my club where we only really have enough time for a 2,000pt game max (mostly so we can get off the table and let someone else use it...i really need to see about getting some more tables...).

My cousin has a huge gaming table in his garage and he invites me and some other friends up every so often for large games, our biggest being 10,000pts. It tends to take the whole weekend, but thats fine with us. The armies get huge and yet theres still plenty of room on the table (a 15' x 20' table is huge. We have a square hole cut in the middle so we can actually reach across to move our models...). The carnage at these games is absolutely amazing.

Impressive moment was when we found a close combat had amassed to the size of 1200pts a side! In just that combat!

Yeh i enjoy anything from 400pts to 3000pts, but one day im sure my mates and i will gather all our forces for over 10000 points and play non stop for the weekend. Sounds very fun! ;)

i love playing 1500 because it gives you enough pts. to hve a variety of heavy support.

Because of all my extras on my nids (Extended Carapace, Flesh Hooks, etc.) i dont like to have any lower than 700pt battles because i dont have that many men and it is just a slaughtering, except for wen i verse todd :lol:

actually no ben, you heard wrong. i rolled a six with my genestealers on his car so it apparently blew up and kill my genestealers. which is very wierd because i have rolled a six when i attacked shannons land raaider once and it didnt kill my genestealers

Not really. You need to have a best of three. Rematches dont work cos they can be argued over as well.

You could do what me and a friend have done; played over 100 games and still havent settled the arguement (winnings are practically 50:50)

oblivious you attacked the other vehicle with the stealers. Your biovore hit and 6 penetrated his trukk killing 10 trukk boyz and wiping out everything on the wartrack but not the trak. It also wounded his warboss which finished off the combat with his attacks.

What drugs are you on? I dropped a poison spore mine on his open- topped truck and attacked his other with my stealers which blew them up. a pioson spore mine cant make fings explode
