Erokose - September 10, 2004 03:08 AM (GMT)
Rise up breathren! The time of redemption is at hand! We shall crush our enemies with an Iron Hand and the Emperor shall fall under our might! The imperial shall be crushed and our cult shall prevail, we shall rid this world of all none believers and thou shall be redeemed. Repent! Repent! My breathren repent before your souls is lost forever! Repent before it is too late!

Whats does everything think of that, I might start writing another book and I was going to have that in it. Right now im writing a fantasy book that is about 150 pages long, I want 300 pages.

Bolivious - September 10, 2004 06:25 AM (GMT)
Are you going to write your own 40k book. cause ive seen your other book that youre writing and its awesome

Erokose - September 10, 2004 10:40 AM (GMT)
Well im going to try, and I only write stuff that I enjoy, here is the actual first Paragraph.

He stood there looking down onto the crowd, all dressed in their allocated robes. He raised his voice high above the crowd. “My brethren I call out to you for this is the time of redemption! We shall raise above the enemies and destroy them with an Iron Fist, we shall raised above the emperor and destroy him and his Imperial. Those that do not destroy will be lost and they shall suffer an eternal damnation. Oh my brethren repent! Repent before your souls are lost, repent before all is lost, we must stand up to the imperial, we must stand up to those who destroy us, for we are the cult of the Far seer!”
The crowd started to pulse as they felt his words wash over them. He raised his voice again and the crowd repeated what he said, “In the name of god, impure souls shall be banished to eternal damnation! Amen”.
Amen the crowd echoed as one, Jurisen felt pride fill him and he looked down upon his cult. “Arm yourself brothers, take up arms and fight!”.
The crowd started to cheer and each raised his or her gun into the air. They were all armed with Laz Pistols and Bolters.

:D What race is it about?

Silas - September 10, 2004 10:52 AM (GMT)
Reads pretty well but you really need to get an editor, there's a lot of spelling and gramatical mistakes in those two pieces.

Trust me. I'm an editor (for the druchii.net monthly, a superb piece of work and if you havent read it i suggest you should, here; Druchii.net Monthly)

ok my turn. Mind the grammar not worth mentioning.

This is old so dont be too harsh.Just weeks after Warboss Wazdakka and his troops had been driven from Armageddon the first ever raid from the Black Legion on Armageddon had begun. Because the planet had just been under attack, this raid would prove a test for the militia of Armageddon, as this would be the first time they had not fought the savage Orks.

The Black Legion lead by Daemon Prince Cryrix had been eager to prove their loyalties and this was their first and only opportunity. Cryrix had half an armoured company and half and infantry column under his command and as he licked his lips looking upon Scarus hive. Orks had taken this hive several times during the 3rd war and Scarus would soon fall again. Or so thought Cryrix.

Although severely inexperienced in leading a company worth of Chaos marines, Cryrix still had confidence that Scarus was too badly damaged to fight back at its full potential. Cryrix had no idea that the salamanders had a strong presence here in the name of Chapter Master Tu’Shan himself. The Salamanders had unified 2-gang militia tribes to be an outpost for future Feral Ork incursions in the region during the rebuilding process. Oblivious to the fact that several regiments of conscript regiments of Armageddon Steel Legion were watching their every move, Cryrix was too arrogant to listen to his telepaths scanning the surface of the planet as he marched his troops forward onto the waiting guns of the Militia and of course the finest of the Salamanders Chapter.

Cryrix ordered sentries to perform reconnaissance before they assaulted Scarus. Cryrix had been in dozens of campaigns and was used to fighting his way out of disastrous situations but was unaware of how heavily the odds were stacked against him. Imperial Artillery was set up to the north East of Cryrix’s advance on Scarus to prevent him from retreating to the concealed positions of the Militia if he broke through. The artillery could even see inside the acid waste garrisons so Cryrix had nowhere to hide. Cryrix and his troops were now only 4 kilometres from the forward militia positions and still Cyrix had no idea of their presence.

Captain Kelly of the Scarus hive militia watched the Black Legion maintain formation, yet they were just inside Heavy Bolter range. Kelly ordered that when they reached rifle range that the entire front line should open fire. Kelly gripped his lasgun tightly and with his sight he discovered what was happening. In the far distance the Conscript Steel Legion regiments were following the Black Legion assault, but were being careful not to give away their positions.

“Fire” screamed Kelly as he opened up on the Black Legion as they deployed. Many of the Black Legion were massacred as they opted to march the rest of the way into battle. As the ramps were closed in order for the assault to continue and the troops shut out were horribly slaughtered as the foremost militia were assaulted and driven backwards. As the militia dispersed, the second wave were waiting as the bikes cut down only a few soldiers, the Heavy Bolters took their toll on the Black Legion mounted terrors.

As the assault continued on and the massive guns of the Black Legion gained the upper hand over the militia, Kelly ordered his men to disperse and regather on the front of Scarus. Militia were falling, but the Black Legion had lost all sense of coherency and was cut back to 77% of their original number compared to the militias 10% casualty rate. The Conscript Regiments were closing in on the Black Legion and still Cryrix was too arrogant to acknowledge the reports of his telepaths. As the elements of the militia either jumped into prepared fox holes or kept on running, the massive constructs of the Black Legion halted before suddenly opening fire and felling around 200 militia. Only a total of 600 of the 1000 that started the battle remained and it was time to call the order out of desperate measures.

With the entire force of militia scattering in all directions Cryrix thought to himself, “Scarus is mine”. He was horribly wrong and this was proved when from the rear of the line, the Conscript platoons arrived and cut down almost all the infantry at the rear of the advance. Cryrix had no choice but to break for Scarus or be engulfed by the Imperial Guard Conscripts.

The order went out and the tank roared forward crushing all that stood in the way of the assault tanks and ballista’s. As the militia had been allowed to disperse successfully when the other regiments had arrived and split the ranks of Cryrix’s best. Everyone that couldn’t find cover was killed mercilessly as the Chimeras scattered all troops before heading in the direction that they came from almost as soon as they had arrived.

Now free to continue his onslaught with the remnants of his troops Cryrix realised that it was death or glory as he no longer had enough forces to take the hive in one sweep, and couldn’t afford to dig in due to the mustering of Lightning Fighters. As his forces were now unopposed at the moment, he charges as fast as possible at the hive still oblivious to the presence of the Salamanders.

It was set. The militia would split across the only way in and pick off defenceless troops whilst an unstoppable roadblock was in place just 200 metres down the road. As Cryrix and his company entered Scarus, the occasional las round only hit them as everything else was silenced for the moment. As the final assault tanks entered the city, the entire force of militia opened fire. Hundreds of Chaos Marines were killed in the opening exchanges and everything else that could think, leapt for any cover they could find.

This time though, all heavy weapons were pumping rounds into the ranks of the enemy before stopping and redeploying to avoid being singled out. The battle was over before it begun as the remnants of the militia and the brutal Salamanders assaulted the remaining marines. Cryrix himself went to jump out of his Land Raider before it exploded in a wall of flames and engulfed the carrier that he was still in along with his bodyguard who had no chance of getting out when a Krak missile hit the roof and caved it in.

With nothing to fight for but pride. Cryrix charged a nearby unit only to be intercepted by Tu’Shan himself who with an intricate swing of his blade banished the chosen of The Despoiler back to the hell in which he came from.

Whilst badly wounded, Kelly and the 30% of what remained of his force gathered outside the gates of Scarus and gave a prayer of thanks to the divine guidance of the God Emperor whilst scouring the battlefield for wounded comrades.

Not bad, emperors champion akeris, but you are right; the grammer is terrible!

Ok, since others are jumping on the bandwagone (so to speak) its my turn;

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mara loved this assignment. After marching a legion across half a continent, she felt invigorated. Fresh air made her violent.
“Yah!” she cried, standing in the saddle and flailing the beast’s butt.
She grinned to goad the other two leaders.
Across the grasslands clomped a Border Prince Lieutenant on a white horse. He rode solemnly and soberly, not deigning to look at the unseemly display. Farther on, an official from Ergradas met with a barbarian chieftain, who whirled at the clamour and drew his great sword.
No sense of humour. Typical. This was just a parley. Did everyone have to be so damned serious?
Mara charged up the hill where the barbarian and the Ergradasian diplomat stood. She reined in and leaped of her horses back.
The barbarian kept his sword trained on her. “Where is your flag of parley?”
“My earrings,” replied Mara, flipping her hair to show the small white triangles that hung from her earlobes.
The chieftains scowl deepened. “You can’t wear a flag of parley on your ears!”
“Maybe you can’t,” Mara said. “They’d clash with your scalp tattoo. By the way, there are treatments for baldness.”
The man’s eyes seemed to boil, and he brandished his sword.
“There are treatments for impudence!”
“Tsk, tsk, tsk,” said the Lieutenant as he rode placidly up. He was lean and pale, with a nose so big he could have passed as a goblin. “Waving a sword while holding a flag of parley…”
The chieftain trembled but sheathed the blade.
“Thanks, Whitey” said Mara.
The lieutenant said nothing, though his nostrils flared as though he smelled a bad odour.
“Enough of this” said the fourth person there, a haggard man in a stained jacket, his hair standing on end. “Let’s get down to business”
Mara grinned. “Are you the mayor or a beggar?”
“Governor,” corrected the man with a cough, and his eyes flashed. “And I am not a beggar. Forgive my appearance. I am Governor Voltz”
“Who’re they?” asked Mara, pointing at a pair of white sheets who bounced aback two ragged beasts. “Are they beggars?”
Dereg tried to suppress a smile, and Mara decided she liked him. “Those are the Angel’s prophets”
“Prophets, eh?”
“Let me save everyone some time” the governor said. “I know why you are here, and I don’t blame you for coming. I understand exactly what draws you…”
“Why are we wasting time?” broke in the chieftain, shoving past Dereg. “The prophets of the Angel are right here” He held welcoming arms toward the two robbed men as they rode up. “O Great Prophets, where is She? Only tell us, and we will attack. We will kill this sop, raze Ergradas, and slaughter everyone in it.”
“Where is who?” asked the fat prophet.
“The Angel?”
“Right there,” the fat prophet said, pointing at the city. “Who’d you say you’d kill to get at her?”
“This man, her captor!” the chief answered, indicating Governor Voltz.
The fat prophet shook his head. “Aw, he’s not a bad guy.”
“We will kill anyone who stands between us and the Angel. She arose from the mountains, and she belongs to us. No man will remain alive; no wall will remain untoppled…”
“No sheep will remain unraped,” elaborated Mara. “Yeah, yeah, we know how your mountain threats go. You can’t have Her. She belongs to me.”
Every mouth on that hilltop gaped. “What?”
“She’s the biggest attraction since the goblin invasion. We missed out on that one, but we’re getting in on the ground floor here. She comes back to the coliseum with us or you all die.”
“Absurd,” sneered the lieutenant. His voice was so nasal; it shook the hairs inside his voluminous nostrils. “These miscreants gaze on a glorious being and see only war and sport. Surrender Her to me and be sure she will be honoured and revered.”
Governor Dereg shoved his way back into the conversation. “None of you know what you are talking about. We didn’t choose Her. She chose us. She’s not our captive. We are Her captives. She has taken our city as Her home and we couldn’t be happier, but I have no power to surrender her to you or anyone.”
“This means war!” bellowed the chief.
Dereg shouted back, “You would dare attack the City of the Angel!”
The delegates all fell to shamed silence. It did sound ludicrous when put that way.
“For that matter, how dare you try to twist Her to your purposes! She’s not about war or entertainment or law”
“Then what’s She about?” Mara asked. “Why is She here?”
Dereg shrugged, holding out empty hands.
The thin prophet muttered. “It’s just one of those things”
“You see!” the chieftain said. “From the prophets own mouth. Her purpose is just one of the things we‘ve said.”
“No!” Dereg responded. “Not one of those things, just ‘one of those things.”
“Ask the prophet,” replied the lieutenant. “What did you mean?”
The thin prophet took a calming breath and slurred something.
“He said serendipity,” Dereg replied. “Its just serendipity.”
“No.” the lieutenant responded “He said, ‘Sigmar deputy’ she is a servant of the God Sigmar!”
The chief growled. “He said, ‘Surer then pity!’ She is here for war!”
Dereg turned to Mara, “What did you think he said?”
With a laugh she replied, “‘Sharing pooty.’ She’s an entertainer.”
“What did you say?” the others chorused.
The thin prophet leaned back in consideration, his eyes awash with drink. He opened his mouth and fell spectacularly from the horse. Landing on his face beside the horse’s hooves, he began to snore.
The chief roared “War!”
“Law!”
“Let me entertain you…”

emperors champion akeris - September 11, 2004 03:27 AM (GMT)
Ok number 2 is here.

As for grammar i spell checked everything so it shouldn't have been to bad :( Rafael of the Black Templars was in a serious mood. He and his brave men had fought very hard and accomplished almost nothing. They were completely surrounded and Lucifer had ordered a final decisive battle to wipe out the remanent of the imperial defences and plunge the rest of the sector into open war. As Rafael gathered his thoughts and retuned to the reality of doom and destruction of his home world, he suddenly exploded in a mountain of rage by throwing his bolter at a nearby bunker. It was time.

The forces of anarchy flew flags of triumph, blasphemous slogans, and words of tribute to their fallen. Rafael ordered the Gantor PDF to stand firm as well as allowing the Basilisks to open fire on the foremost assault troops. Gantor had been plagued by war ever since the presence of the Iron Hands was felt by their sector. Not only heretics and traitors, but also Imperial soldiers were mercilessly slaughtered in a sign of stubbornness.

Rafael was again awoken from a distant thought when the first of the shells from the nearby basilisks rained down on the heretics. The first assault struggled to maintain coherency. The assault was weakened but still maintained a powerful base as the traitors moved in on their targets with upmost hatred. As the assault closed within lasgun range the entire force of the Gantor PDF opened fire. The horrible massacre of the foul traitors bought an uneasy smile to the face of Rafael before he realised that this was not a siege, but a test.

Lucifer the commander of the Emperors Children grinned as he watched the desperate defenders pour their best efforts at his pathetic minions in hope that all could be saved.
During his thought, a nearby squad of obliterators was hit hard by an off target shell and send flying. In disarray, the 666th traitor column dispersed until Lucifer himself barked orders to stand firm. The Basilisks were gaining supremacy over the ground troops and the time had come for Lucifer to order an all out assault on the garrison.

More flags were raised and it was only a matter of time before everything was thrown at them. Rafael ordered a contingent of Gantor Militia to retreat behind the Basilisks in hope of making a counter attack on the mutants. Rafael drew his Bolter and his 5th generation power sword. He remembered watching his elder throw a sword to him as he was purged by him archenemy and taunter of Rafael… Lucifer.

Lucifer bellowed and his minions surged forward imitating his war cries. He had no respect for any of his opponents and Rafael prayed that this would end in his demise.
The first wave was hammered but they continued their rampage until the first clambered over the gigantic concrete barriers and the frontal defence. The defenders were waiting and the first traitors to make over the walls were horribly massacred in return for scrapping the proud cities of the Imperium.

After 22 hours of constant siege, the defenders on the front had fallen into the main line and the real battle began. Lucifer clambered over the walls, without 75% of his bodyguard, as the Imperial fire had been intense. A nearby guardsman holding a large spiky pike threw himself at 1 of the remaining Bodyguard and drove it through his neck before screaming vows of vengeance as without hesitation, Lucifer emptied a magazine of bolter rounds into the Guardsman and his squad.

Lucifer was beginning to realise that he could no longer afford to stall and wait for a mistake from the defending forces. He realised also that if he wanted to win, he had to do it himself and force the mistake. His lack of concentration caused the majority of the force to cover themselves from the slugs and bolter rounds as they awaited orders from their commander.

Seeing an opportunity Rafael charged towards Lucifer with the entire defending force minus the Basilisks and caused a panic within the forces of evil as the 666th traitor column retreated before breaking from the line and being hit by another shower of Basilisks. This awoke Lucifer as Rafael slaughtered his bodyguard and lunged at Lucifer himself, slicing through his artificer armour and drawing dark blood from his torso.

Lucifer reeled backwards in pain as Rafael continued with more fury than the Blood Angels themselves and swung his deadly sword at Lucifer who this time managed to duck an attack and tried unsuccessfully to gain the advantage by poking Rafael with his sharpened dagger but Rafael was to fast and drove his sword through Lucifers chest.

Lucifer howled in agony before stabbing Rafael who ignored the wound to fight on.
Both were now struggling to maintain their fighting mood before with his final ounce of strength Lucifer swung his Daemon sword at Rafael who was stuck on the shoulder pad. Lucifer was venerable now and fell down on one knee before dropping his sword and sheathing his dagger.

Rafael showed no mercy and drove his sword through the mighty daemon and collapsed to his knees. A nearby Guardsman ran up to him signalling to an apothecary who ran over to the grievously wounded Space Marine.

The battle had been won at a terrible cost as the traitors were cut down by the remanent of the Gantor PDF. In total the Imperium had lost another 50,000 Imperial soldiers and 120 of those were of the Black Templars Space Marine Chapter. The traitors had lost almost 6 times more than the defenders and this decisive battle had secured the system and allowed the planets on the fringe of the system to receive aid.

The battle was only the start for the newly crowned High Marshal Rafael who led the Crusade to free the sector from chaos!

Ok be nice i wrote this a long time ago and the numbers arent very accurate so if your gonna post please dont make it about that.

Nope 2 different ones. If the admin bothers to monitor his forum he will post up some of his artwork. They are quite good but he really needs to get rid of some useless spam first <_< hint hint

Bolivious - September 11, 2004 09:39 AM (GMT)
have you actually made two complete books or are these bits of work all that you did for them

emperors champion akeris - September 11, 2004 10:22 AM (GMT)
If you actually read it properly you would notcie that there is a start and an end to each story. I dont blame you for not reading it will make you blind.

Erokose - September 11, 2004 10:53 AM (GMT)
 Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm..........................
;) Your short stories are good but its kind of annoying when you put something in to see everyones opinion and then someone comes along and draws the attention away. So Im still wondering, what does everyone think?
Its going to be about 300 pages long.

Bolivious - September 11, 2004 11:12 PM (GMT)
You may not have read my post up a bit but i said apart from the grammer and all that(not that i really care about grammer mistakes) the story is exellent and i cant wait to see the book finished!!!

Erokose - September 12, 2004 04:59 AM (GMT)
Well at least someone gave me an opinion, perhaps other people might want to be a bit more cooperative and help me out with stuff I should have oh and conman its basicly about a heap of different races in this cult (Mainly Human)

dark angel 17 - September 13, 2004 02:48 AM (GMT)
Okay then. :) Assuming that your story is told from an anti-Imperial perspective, the word repent would not really fit. To repent is to absolve for your past sins and it only really makes sense among Imperials.

Not really. It depends on a persons views. An anti-imperial doesnt have to be chaos, but can see the Imperium as full of sins (which would be true) and so would use the word repent.

Here is the latest

Then a gun shot went off and all could hear gun shots going off. The door to the building exploded and Jurisen could see a group of space marines armed with bolters. They started to open fire on the crowd and people fell under their blast. The crowd responded with returned gun fire and the squad was gun downed.
Jurisen shouted over all the noise. “Now is the time, arm yourselves and get away, a large squad of men will be here soon and we shall all be destroyed. Look for the signs of the farseer, we shall meet up”.
The crowd ran for the doors out and Jurisen slowly watched the crowd leave. Two disciples stood at either side, they both stood with robes on and a hood on so none could see their face. “You may lower your hoods eldar”.
The two men lowered their hoods to reveal alien features, quite beautiful to the human eye. They both stood taller then most humans and had a skinny body. Jurisen looked at them both curiously. “What are you doing here eldar, you know if they know you two are here they will hunt you down”.
The two eldar nodded. “We have come to see you…who is the farseer your cult follows?”.
Jurisen smiled. “You should know, shouldn’t you? He is a rogue farseer of your people, he rally’s us to fight back”.
The two eldar pulled shuriken pistols out from underneath their robes. “Tell us where he is or we will kill you petty human”.
Jurisen eyes started to glow and fire erupted from his hands. The two eldar burst into flames and fell to the ground dead. Jurisen spat on the ground and walked out of the large warehouse. He drew a laz pistol from underneath his robe and walked towards his landspeeder. This old abandoned city was quite hazardous, housing mutants and even chaos worshippers. Every once a week a group of space marines would cleanse the city, to protect the out skirting villagers, but they would never get every last one. Jurisen started to climb inside and he heard a strange sound, he continued to climb inside and he got his laz pistol ready. He looked to where he heard the sound and saw someone walking towards him. It was a human but he looked diseased and plagued, he had bits of flesh falling from his body. Jurisen raised his laz pistol and fired. The plagued man’s head exploded and brains splattered across the ground. As he started to drive he saw at least another fifteen of these creatures, they were all shuffling towards the warehouse. Jurisen hot tailed it out of there and went outside the city. He sped over the green grass and towards the nearest town. He stopped about ten minutes away and took his robe off. He placed on normal clothing with armor plating over it. He tucked his laz pistol into the side of his belt and then took off again. He continued on until he came to the town gate. The towns in this area had to be careful, they needed to keep a watch on at all hours, just in case some stray creatures came from the city. “Halt, who are you and whats your business here?”.
Jurisen smiled. “I am Jurisen, I have just passed threw the city, I seek refuge until I am on my way again for my master”.
The guard nodded and opened the gate with the special keycode. “My the emperor bless you on your travels”.
Jurisen smiled and continued on through. He sped through the small town, watching the busy townsfolk at their work. He slowed down as he saw somewhere safe. He stopped his land speeder and locked it. He then closed his eyes and dozed off into the afternoon. He woke to hear screaming. It was night time and a nearby building was on fire. He could hear gun shots and he could hear shots that sounded remarkably like a laz pistol, except stronger. He climbed out and saw a bunch of townsfolk run past screaming, he then saw coming from the opposite direction was an armored fist squad. “What’s going on?”.
As they ran past one of the guardsman yelled to him. “We are under attack by pirates, we are trying to hold them at bay”.
Jurisen raised an eye brow. “Pirates?”.
Jurisen knew some of the order lived here and he needed to rescue them. He jumped and ran to the sound of screaming. He came around the corner and saw the squad being blasted by none other then the Dark Eldar. They howled into the night and ran into close combat. They ripped the squad apart with blades and claws. Jurisen aimed at some of them and started shooting. He shot down two without trouble but then four of them ran at him. He raised his hand up and shot a jet of flame hitting the four and sending them down to the ground as a smoldering pile. He continued to run and came to a bend see a raider with a large squad of warriors. They were all armed with these evil twisting wicked blades. Jurisen jumped for cover to see the raider drop of troops to hack up some screaming townsfolk. Jurisen ran back to his landspeeder to see a group of townsfolk walking by. They were all armed with pitchforks, sticks, rocks, knives, shotguns and any other weapons they could get their hands on. Jurisen jumped inside his land speeder and took off. He came around the corner to see a group of dark eldar warriors, he sped up and hit a large portion of them. He continued to speed along coming to the same large group of villagers, there weren’t many of them left. “Run, run to the city and look for the signs of the farseer, there you will find refuge”.
A few of the villagers pecked up and saw the land speeder go by. Jurisen could hear them yelling, spread the word. Jurisen sped away and went out through the smashed towns gate. He sped back down the path he went and made his way towards the city. He heard a
Howling sound and looked behind him, he could see a raider speeding towards him. The raider started firing hitting his vehicle, the landspeeder shook but Jurisen kept it under control. Jurisen aimed his laz pistol out the side and fired back, he aimed for the pilot and hit. As he hit the pilot the raider had shot again hitting a crucial part of the landspeeder. The landspeeder sped out of control and flipped, it spun around and hit the ground, rolling then it rolled upside down and skidded across the ground. Jurisen was thrown from the landspeeder as it skidded, he was thrown and smashed his head on the ground, a puddle of blood started to form and he looked to where he last saw the raider, he could see the raider was on fire and had crashed, the bodies of the dark eldar lay spread out but he could see a good number of them getting up. Jurisen collapsed unconscious. When he awoke he could see the town was still on fire, it was day time and he could see some of the dark eldar were gone. Others laid on the ground, shaking or moaning slightly. Some were missing arms, other missing legs. Some were just plain unconscious. Jurisen saw that he was unscathed apart from the land speeder flipping. He could hear laughter and quickly hid. He saw a group of dark eldar warriors walking his way, they hadn’t seen him yet. In the day time, Jurisen could see they wore green armor and carried splinter rifles and close combat weapons. They carried a few villagers and others carried stolen gear. Jurisen saw they had flipped the raider back to up straight. They started to move towards it when Jurisen stepped out, holding his laz pistol. The dark eldar stopped, dropping the unconscious villagers and their stolen loot. They all aimed their guns and got ready to fire. One of the females took a step forward. “Don’t shoot him…yet, I would like to have a bit of fun with him”.
She drew this twisting blade from her side and took a step forward. Her helmet made her look like a daemon. Jurisen held his pistol ready and picked up a blade from one of the dead dark eldar. She charged at him and he threw his blade. She stopped for a minute an in surprise and defelected the blade. As she did this Jurisen shot twice, hitting her in the chest. She fell to the ground and stopped moving. Jurisen raised his gun up and fired multiple shots, a couple more fell. They opened fire on Jurisen and he jumped behind the raider. He climbed inside then shot at them again as they were circling around to get him. He killed a couple more then got on the controls. He made the raider raise up then took off, he sped towards the city, hearing the gun shots behind him. It took him a few minutes to arrive, he entered the city, speeding through, he saw a few villagers here and there. He continued on towards the warehouse and landed. He checked the raider for supplies and found a lot of stuff. There were fifteen splinter rifles, one splinter cannon, one laz cannon and fifteen close combat weapons. On the front of the raider was a laz cannon. Jurisen dismounted and prepared himself. He went into the warehouse and found a spare robe. He went back to the raider and picked up a power sword. Strapping it onto his back he prepared for the coming of the cult, he knew this area would be safe, for the space marines would go to the village instead.

CHAPTER TWO

Jurisen stood waiting for the cult, they entered the warehouse and started to assemble. Once a large number arrived they set up guards at the door then closed the warehouse off. They put themselves on guard in case mutants were around. “Members, we are at a turning point, this is our time to assemble and prepare. No more hiding, no more fear of being caught. We are coming out into the open and we are armed. Raise your weapons”.
The crowd raised an array of items into the air, from what he saw most were armed.
“I need fifteen disciples, with most training to come forward”.
Fifteen men stepped forward and came to the platform. “Outside is an arrange of weapons, choose carefully. I also need one more person with training of a laz cannon”.
Once someone stepped forward he ordered him to go outside. The cult prepared their weapons and robes while the sixteen chosen men and women armed themselves. Jurisen saw that there was only a splinter rifle left and picked it up. They prepared and the chosen ones mounted into the Raider and the rest of the cult either had vehicles of their own or they walked. “Its time to head back to the village, it is at its weakest and the Marines should be busy wasting their time and strength on the remaining dark eldar. We shall take the village and kill all who oppose us”

The large force moved off with speed. The vehicle part moving ahead of the infantry part, they sped toward the village, seeing sentry’s posted around the gates and seeing corpses spread out across the ground. One of the ones who were able to operate laz cannons was mounted on the vehicles gun. The cannon blasted killing two sentry’s and sending another two running into the village. The raider landed letting out all who wished to have their battle on the land. Eight hopped out and eight stayed in and Jurisen stayed in. The vehicles sped into the village , the people within letting their guns fire onto unsuspecting people. The first group to enter was the raider. Jurisen looked out below and watched a few small battles still happening. This area was quite cleared now and only a few troops remained killing the fleeing dark eldar and checking the area for survivors. Jurisen aimed down and started shooting, they blasted the area and killed multiple space marines. The area opened up in gun fire and the vehicle was shot a few times. The area filled up and the cult killed all in the area, suffering no casualties. They landed and scanned the area they could tell that the force had moved off into the heart of the city. The cult regrouped and met up with the infantry. They all dismounted from their vehicles and split into platoons. There were at least four hundred of them and they were all armed. Jurisen’s group moved through the village at a fast rate. They had a plan, two groups were to continually harass the force, two groups were to stop any retreat and two groups were dedicated to luring the force into the large group of buildings. In the buildings was the rest of the force, waiting for the enemy to come into view. Jurisen’s group was one of the lures. They came around the corner to see at least thirty space marines, finishing of a small group of dark eldar. There were about eighty dark eldar corpses on the ground and about ten space marine. Jurisen waited for the dark eldar to get finished off then he moved in with his group. They opened fire on the back of the force killing four space marines. The marines opened fire back killing one of the cult members as they ran. The marines followed close behind, weapons drawn and most were also armed with close combat weapons. They charged after the group only to be fired upon again from the sides. The force stopped as another two marines fell and opened fire on the two squads attacking them. At least ten cult members were killed. Jurisen and his group opened fire again on the space marines and the pursuit begun again. They charged into the opening of buildings and the group broke up. Jurisen stood in the open with two men, and the second lure group had lured in another thirty. The two harass group came up from the rear and the two retreat groups stood ready. Jurisen raised his rifle and started to fire. The buildings erupted as gun fire was shot down upon the marines. The two hassle groups opened fire and people were dropping like flies. Jurisen saw the marines were winning and desperately tried to rally courage into his cult. Jurisen surveyed the area and saw some of the marines were armed with rocket launches. A rocket flew up into one of the buildings and at least fifty men and woman were just killed. Jurisen felt intense rage and felt a burning sensation on his hands. He looked at his hands and they were on fire, he eyes were burning and he could only see a white intensity. His whole body started to ache and he felt intense heat surround his body. The heat was so unbearable that he collapsed to the ground unconscious.
