hey im making a halo army of 12 spartans(12 fire warriors) and 22 marines(cadian shock troopers) it is going to look and be mad.

what do you think.
and do you have any tips.

OK ill put the fact that you are trying to really put me down aside and tell you that the idea is good, the troop choices are cool aswell. 1 problem is that they would definately have unique rules. The thing is the game halo is so different and the things that are the firewarriors in this army are to supernatural or too unbalanced.

I just have to say that this army would be hard to create using GW terminology and strategy systems.

well i was thinking of just using the fire warrior stats but give them 3+ armoursave because spartans have sheilds and give then bolter guns for assults riffles.

does that sound ok rules!

I think that considering they are so elite in the game, that the armour they wear should be artificer meaning 2+ save because lets face it they are almost invincible :D

I would give them ws3 and bs4. S4 t3.

SORRY EMP BUT A GUY AT GW BRISBANE HAS A STAR WARS ARMY AND THAT IS A MOVIE(NOT INCLUDING THE GAMES MADE BASED ON THE MOVIE).WE TALKED ABOUT THE RULES WHEN SPARTAN FIRST STARTED DOING THIS. :rolleyes: read the whole thing. Im saying that it would be difficult to determine rules not to make the army. The concept is awesome and the choice of models cannot get much better but determining profiles (if you want to use them as what they are in the game) will be hard.

I would think flood are the easiest just use tyrinid ripper swarms with a little green stuff. ;)

Well Halo is quite a fun game and I don't see why you don't like it, perhaps when halo 2 comes out you will change your mind :D

well i havent ever really been a fan of that type of fps. the only fps type games i like are ones like ut2k4 and them type ones

(im not trying to turn this topic into a computer game topic im just telling about halo)

Ok im going to do the idea now the reason i scrapped it is because the firewarriors i had were painted 3 times and were ruined so i am going to buy another box n start as soon as i can :D
