i had 400pts ofnecrons
he had 800pts nids

1ST TURN, necrons used vail of darkness to teleport into a little out post at the south end of the board. nids moved towards the outpost moving just in range of the necrons gauss flayers!TURN 2, necrons opened fire and 13 nids fell(that really sux) the nids moved closer in hoping to get in range of close combat but i wasnt going to let that happen.TURN 3, i had my monolith enter the battle and use its gauss flux arc! i rolled a 5 so that means everyone of his nid squads got hit 5 times which means all of his squads were hit because he bunched his army up. 18 nids fell ( with yet no casuallties for necrons) i aslo shot with my warriors and now that had been standing still for one turn and could use rapid fire. necrons opened fire and 14 nids fell. nids moved and now were in range to shoot there guns 24 shots raged from the nids knoking down one necron warrior his warrior shot and brang down ne necron warrior.TURN 4, NECRONS FIRED with another 24 gauss blasts bringing down yet another 8 nids +2of his 3 warriors the monlith fired a 3 at every squad bringing another 10 nids down including the remaning warrior i made wbb roles and passed them all. the nid player rolled his leadership and failed most of it so half his army was running away and off the board(that is half of what wos left) the nids finally got into close combat with my 12 warriors and the nid attack added up to 36 attacks. 1 necron fell.TURN 5 i charged 3 scarab swarms into the nids and retaliated in close combat. at the end of it he volentary retreated and i ran his sqaud down that was left and that is how i do practically in every battle agaisnt nids
