Apparently, there's a movie with Toby Keith called
Beer for my Horses that is based on the song of the same name. Is basing a movie on a song *ever* a good idea? Is basing a movie on a Toby Keith song *ever* a good idea? (Does he put a boot into anyone's ass?) I think that the Onion AV Club had a feature on this topic at some point, but I can't find it right now.
From the description here, this sounds so terrible that it might be kind of fascinating:
http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/beer_for_my_horses/"Rounding up the town’s most off-beat lawman – Skunk Tarver (rock legend TED NUGENT), a defiantly silent man who chooses to use a bow n’ arrow instead of a gun – they take off on a rip-roaring road trip with all the makings of a rollicking comic joyride that’s not afraid to go over the top."
