I read this over at the fine Mondo-Erotico in their new update and had not heard it before. Amazon has it listed for 13.99 with a release date of March 29th.
This is one of the best Spanish horror films from the early 70's and it's wonderful to see it getting an official release.

That's fantastic news. I have a really awful VHS copy of this great film so I can't wait for this release.

Anybody got any idea of specs? I do have the old UK vhs tape which was uncut and letterboxed, the only downside was that the picture was a little dark. I also have Sinister's dvd-r and although it is fullscreen and cut, the picture is a lot brighter.You just cannot win.

More good news on this one from Marc over at Mondo-Erotico. Curious as it lists French and English tracks as one might have suspected that a Spanish track would be on there. No mention made of English subs.

The Bell of Hell is a Spanish-French co-production, and as the film was licensed as part of a package from a French licensor, then these are the tracks they made available.

I have the Spanish version on tape (as La campana del Infierno), and surprisingly it's around ten minutes shorter.

Does anybody recall seeing a trailer anywhere for BELL FROM HELL? Did it ever appear on any videotape? The licensor didn't supply a trailer, so we're searching high and low!

Never seen a trailer either, but I do own some very rare posters/stills etc. from this film, which is a personal favourite of mine (indeed my favourite Spanish film). Can't wait to see this great film finally given the respect it deserves on disc!
