I just noticed that there's a new dvd edition of Bava's Lisa and the Devil/House of Exorcism to be released in Italy early next month that sounds pretty cool.

Unless there's a mistake on the listing at www.dvd.it (it's listed as "Lisa e Il Diavolo / La Casa Dell' Esorcismo Collector's Edition"), this release from Columbia Tristar is going to be a 2 disc set, with DD 5.1 & DTS 5.1 tracks, italian and english audio and subtitles in english.

Anyone in here has any aditional information regarding this release?

It's reportedly a new 16x9 transfer, as are the other Bava titles coming from Raro Video-Columbia Tristar . They also have REAZIONE A CATENA (aka TWITCH OF THE DEATH NERVE) with similar language options (English and Italian) in 16x9, and a 2.35:1 transfer of LE SPIE VENGONO DAL SEMIFREDDO, aka GIRL BOMBS in its superior original version. These seem a definitive improvement over the non-anamorphic or otherwise troubled Region 1 editions, so I'll be getting all of these.
