The death of actor and author Giovanni Nuvoletti at the age of 95 is being reported by www.corriere.it. A count in real life, Nuvoletti played Count Filippo Donati in Mario Bava's A BAY OF BLOOD, the wife of the wheelchair-bound Countess (Isa Miranda) who is slain early in the picture. With his wife Clara Agnelli, he wrote a successful book in 1997 called VESTIRE UNA BAMBINA.
And Clara Agnelli is the mother of Ira Furstenberg (from her first husband Prince Tassilo Fürstenberg), who of course was in Bava's FIVE DOLLS FOR AN AUGUST MOON.
According to the Annurio degli Attori from 1971, Nuvoletti did have an agent for a couple of years, however he only seems to have appeared in two films. He married Agnelli in 1974.
