Patrick Macias recently conducted a pretty good interview with Ryuhei Kitamura on his upcoming Clive Barker adaptation, Midnight Meat Train. It sounds like it might be worth seeing. Apparently, Barker has said that it's his favorite movie adaptation of his work to date:
