Title: GRINDHOUSE in UK cinemas
Description: Playing at various locations

Alan Maxwell - March 26, 2008 07:05 PM (GMT)
I assume most will already be aware of this, but for any Mobians in the UK still cheesed off at Grindhouse being hacked in two for its cinema release(s), keep your eye on the cinema listings over the next month or so for the chance to see it on the big screen. Thought I'd give a wee heads-up as it seems to be popping up all over the place at the moment.

I know it's already been shown in Glasgow and London, but so far I've noticed further screenings to come:
GFT (Glasgow, 6th April)
Filmhouse (Edinburgh, 5th April)
Cornerhouse (Manchester, 18th-21st April)
Prince Charles (London, 29th March and 2nd, 4th and 8th April).

I'm sure there are probably more too.

GRINDHOUSE To Hit UK Cinemas From Friday 28th March

Richard Waddel - March 27, 2008 12:47 PM (GMT)
It is playing in Australia (well Melbourne) for one week only in a great old re-run cinema in pretty optimal conditions ( a massive 50+ odd metre screen for one)...The crowd have been twenty something pop-culture-geeks and boys that like punk music and Jack Daniels, with a 50-50 split of boys and girls. It's been getting good crowds, but the youngsters find it hard to watch a full 3+ hours.

Alan Maxwell - March 27, 2008 06:07 PM (GMT)
Thanks for the info Marc - guess I just missed a couple of dates from my list. :D

(Surprised to see it playing at so many "mainstream" cinemas to be honest - never thought I'd see it at the Odeon just along the road from me, albeit one I barely set foot in)
