This is killing my wife. Does anybody know if and or when the next seasons of MITM will be released, or even why they have not released them yet?

From the valuable TV on DVD website, it looks like it's a music clearance rights issue. No idea why season 2 is more problematical than season 1 which had its fair share of required music clearances.
