It's odd that Mishima's 27 minute film, PATRIOTISM ($19.95), is receiving its own release, because Schrader's MISHIMA is going to be a two-disc SE.

I really enjoyed CLASSE TOUS RISQUES (1960), an excellent French Noir, at the Olympia Film Society festival two years ago, so I'm glad to see it's being released.

Also should be a Criterion Guy Maddin release down the road (see clue at the bottom of the March Criterion newsletter), either his recent BRAND UPON THE BRAIN or the earlier CAREFUL. (There are arguments at the CriterionForum.org over which it will be)
