I just found out that Sheila Kennedy (80's Penthouse Pet of the Year) and star of "ELLIE" (1984 w/ Shelley Winters) is one of the contestants on CBS' "Big Brother" currently airing. May have to take a gander and see how Ellie has been holding up. :P

Well, as someone who currently has to watch Ms Kennedy for 10 hours every day... a little bit of Sheila goes a long way.

Ha! Chris, I see you have been a writer for BIG BROTHER for the last 7-8 seasons! Never knew that. Sounds like a fun job!

I watch basically no TV, but my one guilty pleasure I do still make the time for is BB. I know a lot of people look down on BB as trash, but to me, it's a marvelous social human experiment every summer. It's also probably the most grueling reality show for contestants as they are basically trapped in a house-prison with other idiots they may hate and can't get away from. Plus, they have basically no privacy from the cameras. At least on shows like SURVIVOR, you can at least walk down the beach to get away from things or the other people.

I didn't even know there was this extra winter-season added because of the writer's strike. I've since caught up on all the episodes via cbs.com. Wow, Sheila is a bit much to take. I guess she still looks pretty good for her age in that red unitard so she's got that at least, but if I hadn't known of her 'Ellie' past, she'd just seem like another dumb valley mother. I can't say I like this group of airheads and social rejects that much compared to previous years, but there's still some fun to be had. The writers and editors always do a great job in creating drama and wicked humor by the way the show is put together, based on complete reality or not.

It would be cool to see a bunch of Mobius members in the house next season. We can all argue about which euro-horror flick is better and then lie and cheat to evict those who we don't like. Sounds like fun, right? I'm sure Chris can rig it all and get us all in there. :lol:
