Today, my local Costco had THE THIRD MAN (2 disc SE), ACE IN THE HOLE, DAYS OF HEAVEN, THE ICE STORM, STRANGER THAN PARADISE, NIGHT ON EARTH, GIMME SHELTER and FEAR AND LOATHING for $24.99 each.
Anyone seen different Criterions at their Costco?
Thevy've also been selling two disc SEs of films with Oscar pedigrees like CITIZEN KANE, UNFORGIVEN, ONE FLEW OVER THE CUKOO'S NEST, DR. ZHIVAGO and others for $8.99, and Musicals like WEST SIDE STORY, THE KING & I, and THE SOUND OF MUSIC for a little more ($12.99, I think).
My local Costco has had the $8.99 Warner 2-disc SEs for a while, but I've never seen any Criterions there. It would be pretty cool if they started stocking them, as Costco's DVD pricing is generally quite competitive with the cheapest online vendors.

Mine has had an occassional Criterion disc or two in the past, but not 8 different titles at one time, and they had about 10 to 15 copies of each one.
I'm going to Costco this weekend. Thanks for the tip!
