Including, in print, my review of a certain Bava book, which I noted is heavier than my cat. (It gets more insightful from there. :)). The whole issue, on newsstands and online with Web Exclusive content, is a heavy hitter: There Will Be Blood, The Counterfeiters, Sam Fuller, Jia Zhangke, and even a nice little interview with Woody Allen.

Finally got a hold of, what, the last one? With your interview with De Palma. Nicely done, but the man does like his talking points, doesn't he? Reminds me of Spielberg in his affable passive-aggressiveness in staying within his comfort zones - even if he appears to be 'laying himself bare', he gives no more than needed to shape the piece.
