Short notice but THE LANDLORD (1970) - one of the unsung gems of 1970s cinema and Hal Ashby's first film as director - is airing on TCM today (January 15) at 5 pm PST /8 pm EST. While MGM put it out on VHS years back I don't think the film has yet to find its way to DVD.

Definitely worth checking out!

I'm taping, with intention to review it on my blog ... which does confirm that isn't out on DVD yet. ;)

Arguably the late, great Diana Sands' best screen performance.
