The official website for Kunitoshi Manda's The Kiss (Seppun) is online, and there's a trailer for the movie on that site. The movie had its world première at Tokyo FilmEx on November 22nd of last year. Phantom Film Co. Ltd. plans to release it theatrically in Japan in March.

The screenplay for The Kiss was written by Tamami Manda and Kunitoshi Manda. The movie stars Eiko Koike, Etsushi Toyokawa, and Tôru Nakamura.
