Above is a poster for Katsuyuki Motohiro's Shaolin Girl (Shôrin shôjo). Toho Co. Ltd. (Tôhô K.K.) plans to release the movie theatrically in Japan on April 26th of next year.
The screenplay for Shaolin Girl was written by Masashi Sogo and Rika Sogo. The movie stars (listed order corresponds to order in teaser trailer) Kou Shibasaki, Tôru Nakamura, Kai-Man Tin, Chi-Chung Lam, Kitty Zhang, Takashi Okamura, and Yôsuke Eguchi. It's being executive produced by Chihiro Kameyama and Stephen Chow.

Dang it!
I was looking forward to this movie. And last month's review in the _Ming Pao_ made it sound like a winner. I mean, how could one go wrong? Produced by Stephen Chow. Starring Kou Shibasaki who, along with Takahashi Mariko, is one of the most breath-taking women in Japan's entertainment circles. Directed by that bloke who made those surprisingly engaging "Bayside Shakedown" movies. But now Kozo from Love HK Film puts a damper on the proceedings:
