Taking the list at face value (why not?) it has a lot of the titles you would expect to see. Seeing movies like STARRY IS THE NIGHT, LOVE IN A FALLEN CITY, PAINTED FACES, BEHIND THE YELLOW LINE is interesting; not what I would expect for DD titles though.
OUT OF THE DARK, JUSTICE, MY FOOT, LOOK OUT, OFFICER! You'd think they'd have gone ahead and gotten LOVE ON DELIVERY too.
No real surprises in the Shaw martial arts titles. Plenty of titles I'm happy to see.

THE BLADE
PEDICAB DRIVER
ENCOUNTER OF SPOOKY KIND II
Oh yea, but, given the risible quality of the WB's previous releases (those LCD double feature releases), I'm not gonna let my hopes get too high.

And THE MAD MONK. Very true, LOVE ON DELIVERY delivers more by far in terms of comprehensible gags. Maybe somebody else already has the rights?

Like most companies dealing with Celestial, they had to deal with what had been released in HK or was slated for release at the time the deal was made. Meaning, they couldn't get some of the films that came out later that would have been better or more well known.

Nice lists, thanks for doing the detective work!
But who (if anyone) might have the R1 rights to STONER and THE MAN FROM HONG KONG (aka THE DRAGON FLIES)? Maybe Fox's FortuneStar division (though nothing new in R1 has been released through them in a few years, has there?)?
