Although the Dark Sky website doesn't list the title, such sites as Amazon and Movies Unltd are listing a new special edition of SPIDER BABY.

I presume that the extra reel that director Jack Hill discovered and added as a supplement to the old Image DVD will be incorporated into the film's running time.

There is also a new, 32 minute documentary (according to the IMDB) entitled "The Hatching of Spider Baby" that includes interviews with surviving cast members and behind the scenes personnel. I am hoping that the documentary will be presented intact on the new DVD as a supplement.
