Just watched Kim Ki-duk's remarkable THE COAST GUARD, and was struck by the climax, in which Kang (Jang Dong-kun) stands in the middle of a busy street singing, then attacks one of the onlookers. It seems to me that this scene might have been filmed on an actual street, and that the various individuals standing around watching were genuine pedestrians attracted by the sight of a film being made. Can anyone confirm this?
