Has anyone seen this film by Crispin Glover? It sounds pretty wicked. It's showing this weekend at the Egyptian where Glover will be doing his slide-show and Q&A.

Consider yourself lucky if you skipped this. It wasn't shocking, interesting, or the least bit edgy. 72 minutes seemed like an eternity. Glover should just stay playing quirky characters in other people's films. Sorry, this was a complete disaster in my eyes.
On the other side, I actually did enjoy his slide-show presentation before the film which is basically some vocal renditions with slides from his various books. Some pretty good stuff there. The man is definitely insane and in a good, very funny way.
I doubt I'll be checking out the film's sequel ("It is Fine, Everything is Fine"), though, when it supposedly shows up here in December. I think I've seen enough. with "What is It?".
I still want to see this. It looks a bit like some of the work of Nick Zedd. Whether that's a good or bad thing...depends, I suppose.
Unfortunately, i think the chances of Glover coming down by where I currently reside aren't very good, so I suppose I shall have to wait for the DVD and forgo the accompanying stage show :(.

Is there a street date for the DVD?
I don't believe he has any plans at the moment to release a DVD. I think he prefers to do the screenings/slide-shows for the time being. I'm guessing he'll eventually release it on DVD, maybe after he's finished the trilogy.
