Not sure where to post this, as she is known to mainstream audience for her work on morning soap, and she is also known to Euro fans for her work on AFTER DEATH, COP GAMES and HELLHUNTERS, and is also known to cult audiences from LIQUID DREAMS, This was mentioned in a recent soap magazine as well as Globe magazine, apperently on december 14, she was pronounced dead at a hospital that she was taken to the emergency room at, didnt really mentioned what the cause of death was, but they did mention in recent years she had a drinking problem. Sad, at a such young age of 41. Will post when I find out more details.

This is really shattering news! I am really floored that she passed away at such a young age. In her short video interview on the ZOMBIE 4 disc, she looked in good spirits, much healthier and more beautiful than she did in the zombie film and had an endearing personality which made me want to see more of her. RIP Candice. I was not much a fan of her acting, but that interview made me want to meet her and protect her. You know how someone comes across as being vulnerable that you want to help? Beatrice Ring did the same thing to me after a similar video interview...

I'm lost for words here, this comes as TOTALLY unexpected news. I met her, just the once, for the interview which now appears on the disc, and she seemed in fine spirits. She was full of life and stories, most of which were told off-camera, about working on AFTER DEATH, most of which could not be repeated on camera, hence some of the reason behind the interview.

I can't believe this. Even though she wasn't the best actress by a long shot, and though the film she worked in was far from the best, she was a good sweet kid, smiling, laughing and dare I say it - she was pretty sexy too. So young too... this news makes me very sad.

It's terribly difficult when you think fondly of the people you meet and they are taken from you - people like Ivan Rassimov, etc.

RIP Candice Daly.
