It may have been the silliest, but LAND OF THE GIANTS is also my favorite Irwin Allen television series. It's also receiving the best DVD release: the entire two-season run in one set with a bunch of cool extras. As much fun as I had with GIANTS when I watched the daily reruns on USA back in the '80s, I never thought I'd bother watching it again. This set may change my mind.

I'm convinced they could sell this as is for $39.95 and still make oodles of profit on a show that hasn't been seen for decades!!!

I'd love to see this show again!!! Unless its being released outside the box - I guess I won't be in the near future...

Good cripes, that's gotta be the sweetest packaging of the year! And it doesn't make LAND OF THE GIANTS itself any less boring! And I still want to hold it!
