Although the woman in Hisayasu Satô's
Naked Blood (
Naked blood: megyaku) primarily uses a fork to gouge out her left eyeball, she does also use a knife. She doesn't handle the eyeball, however. Scary-Crayon's review of
Naked Blood (
http://www.scary-crayon.com/spectare/nakedblood/) contains three telling vidcaps from this scene. BTW, the woman was played by AV performer Yumika Hayashi, who more recently starred as the mother in Tamakichi 'Anal' Anaru's
Mother and Daughter: Spit-Swapping Seduction (
Hahako (boshi) no daeki (shizuku)).
Anaru's
Suicide Dolls (
Satsu satsu (ayame)) contains a scene in which a woman gouges out her
right eyeball, then pulls it with her right hand so as to snap its optic nerve. The woman ultimately commits harakiri with a knife, so perhaps she uses it beforehand to gouge out the eyeball; as to whether she eats the eyeball, I have no idea. I've posted a vidcap from
Suicide Dolls, and one from
Making of 'Suicide Dolls' (
Making of 'Satsu satsu (ayame)'), on my website at
http://www.gomorrahy.com/images/Suicide_Dolls_cap.jpg and
http://www.gomorrahy.com/images/Making_of_...e_Dolls_cap.jpg, respectively.
Suicide Dolls is comprised of three segments: "Tenchuu" (or "Tench¯u"), in which a woman blows her own brains out with a gun; "Sabaki", in which a woman hangs herself; and "Kyôen", in which - as mentioned above - a woman commits harakiri. The woman in "Kyôen" was played by AV performer Shino Setsuna, who, together with Anaru, created the special make-up effects for his AV-horror short
Women's Flesh: My Red Guts (
Women's flesh: watashi no akai harawata (hana)) and his AV-horror
Tumbling Doll of Flesh (
Niku daruma).
It doesn't appear as though the clip that Mark saw was from
Suicide Dolls, but I figured that I'd suggest it as a possibility, just in case....
