Berlusconi makes public apology to wife.

For those of you who didn't know, Veronica Lario who played Jane in TENEBRAE (and had a memorably spectacular death scene) has been married to Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi (who co-produced (?) some of Argento's films in the 80's and 90's).*

Apparently, Lario was angered by Berlusconi's flirting with another woman so she wrote a letter to the leftist newspaper La Reppublica demanding a public apology from her husband. There's a picture from 2004 of Lario in the above link.

*Can anyone confirm the rumor that it was Lario's involvement with Berlusconi that lead to the negative of TENEBRAE apparently being re-edited with regard to her death scene?

I've heard that rumour, but no confirmation. I'd imagine that Italian comedy shows could have had some fun with that footage in days past (i.e "Silvio let his wife know today that her cooking wasn't up to scratch.." - CRASH - -WAAAARGHHHHHHH!!!!!! - ).
