Anybody? The estimated arrival date for the revised S.E. was initially set at December, but since that's obviously not going to happen, can any informed sources suggest when the new E.T.A. might be...?

Kim Aubry of American Zoetrope is producing the extras for the disc, but the last time we spoke, Paramount had not announced a release date -- nor had one been mentioned to him. Apparently it's not uncommon for titles to be prepared for DVD release without an ETA.

Hopefully they will take advantage of Glenn Erickson's more than generous offer (as posted on the old Mobius board) to lend the disc producers his film print so the original soundtrack mix can be included...dare I hope for the impossible?

As for Glenn making his private DIABOLIK print available...I just hope he makes sure they give it back. Film studios are getting their corporate knickers in a twist about private collectors with film prints in their possession, as they seem to suspect them all of being potential bootleggers. Nitwits.

I really hope they release this one. Even if Paramount ups the price a bit it'd be worth it for the extras.
