My copy of this apparently great DVD box set arrived today. The surprise was rather unpleasant as I realized that only the original MISSING IN ACTION was widescreen while the rest were fullscreen.

Which editions of the DELTA FORCE and MISSING IN ACTION films should I go after?

MGM released several '80s Cannon movies on fullscreen R1 DVDs (including the actioners Chuck Norris, Michael Dudikoff and Charles Bronson made for the company), but that isn't an altogether awful thing. They appear to have been shot open matte, so the DVDs, to my eyes, aren't losing any information, but gaining some on all sides. A few closeups have a bit too much open space around the edges, but I feel like I've watched a zillion of these MGM/Cannon DVDs, and they looked just fine to me.
