I just picked up the German restoration of FISTFUL OF DOLLARS (Paramount could learn something from their German division about special features although I think even they sublicensed this restoration) and I noticed that the English titles were the same as on the original US release with the Anglicized names (the FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE trailer is great as it has to refer to Gian Maria Volante's English stage name to reference FISTFUL OF DOLLARS). Is this the only English title sequence or is there one that credits Volante and Morricone under their actual names?
