What a wonderful line-up!
Some I have, some I don't, some I have only in inferior VHS copies (I'll be upgrading them to superior VHS copies -- still don't have a DVR hooked up to the cable).
But in any case, this is a line-up prepared by people who really know & love the history of cult movies.
I wonder how much input Rob Zombie had into the actual choice of movies?

Forgot to add the link to the TCM article on the series. Not sure how much imput Rob has on the films selected, but I'd imagine he has something to do with some of them.
I wonder if CONQUEROR WORM will be the remastered MGM / Sony version we are waiting for?

I checked with TCM's programming VP and all films were selected by Zombie. He's checking on whether Conqueror Worm is the US or British version.

Here are the flicks for January's Underground. Not as impressive as what made the list for the first three months, as these titles seem more ordinary ( but still all goodies, just not rare goodies ).
COFFY
FOXY BROWN
THE BLACK SLEEP
BRAIN THAT WOULD NOT DIE
CURSE OF THE DEMON
HOUSE OF USHER
BILLY THE KID VS DRACULA
JESSIE JAMES VS FRANKENSTEIN'S DAUGHTER
Bernie Jacobs - October 17, 2006 05:59 PM (GMT)
John, thanks for the list.
There's a few goodies on there I either haven't seen, haven't seen in a long time, or have never seen in their proper ratio, namely --
House of Usher
Curse of the Demon
Jesse James etc etc
so it looks good to me!

Gee, I guess I'm in the minority of being underwhelmed by this list. 99% of these films are readily available on great DVD's so it's really hard for me to get excited about any of them showing up on tv. I would be interested to know what version of "CONQUEOR WORM" shows up, but otherwise, been there, done that.

I believe Zombie is being replaced as host in 2007. There was some conflict between him and TPTB at TCM.

Gee, there's a surprise...
Does MTV still do that Celebrity Deathmatch show? I'd like to see Rob Zombie vs. Robert Osborne.
