Title: New World's Library: Who's Got It?

After the barely-publicized news that Roger Corman's New Concorde went out of business, I had the hope that bidding wars would begin by some of our favorite companies (Blue Underground, Synapse, Media Blasters, Mondo Macabro, Anchor Bay) on the vast library of 70s drive-in classics. I've not heard one peep about any purchase of individual titles, let alone the entire catalog.

Here are just some of my favorite New World films which seem to be in limbo:

THE HOT BOX
DARKTOWN STRUTTERS
ANDY WARHOL'S BAD
SUMMER SCHOOL TEACHERS
THE STUDENT TEACHERS
THE PEACE KILLERS
NIGHT OF THE COBRA WOMAN
MOONSHINE COUNTY EXPRESS
NASHVILLE GIRL
COVER GIRL MODELS
BURY ME AN ANGEL
SAVAGE!
THE WOMAN HUNT
THE VELVET VAMPIRE
TENDER LOVING CARE
TNT JACKSON
THE AROUSERS
STACEY

Of course some of the above-mentioned belong to different parties now (MGM for example), but has anyone heard anything about who owns these now?

My understanding is that New Concorde will cease to create any new product, and that Corman is interested in selling his entire library. But as yet I have heard nothing beyond that; he still owns them all right now and the titles they issued on DVD should still be in print.

And while the majority of the classic New World titles are not available for revival, at least one, ROCK'N'ROLL HIGH SCHOOL, can be obtained through Criterion Pictures (NO RELATION TO THE CRITERION COLLECTION) in Chicago, the non-theatrical company that handles most Fox titles.

STACEY is now controlled by MGM via Heritage International
BAD I believe is now controlled by WB

TNT JACKSON is on so many PD DVD labels, it is disgusting.
