Recently purchased the DVD boxset of the first three DW stories (four if you count the condensed version of another story featured). I had no problems with the subtitling function, but when I went back to watch the first disc again with the "information text" and commentary, neither worked even though they were offered on the menu screen.

Anyone else run into this that has it? Anyone heard anything if replacements are being made available or if the menu was the mistake and not the material featured on the discs?
