Anyone know the status of the upcoming Horror Channel cable/satellite channel? They have an extensive forum on their website but are being a bit coy(okay a lot) about names of carriers and premiere dates/content(programming begins Halloween night, but who's carrying it and when?)

I ask here because some of you might have inside knowledge through licensing agreements and such, and likely aren't bound by constraints of the Horror Channel corporation like the moderators on that forum.
