I was at my local Walmart late last night and found two bins with discs for $5 each. One was a Midnite Movie display and the other a random bin filled with DVDs (the kind where you have to dig deep). I ended up getting:

-X - THE MAN WITH THE X-RAY EYES
-DIE MONSTER DIE
-LEGEND OF HELL HOUSE
-THE VEIL (10 episode set)

Other MGM titles there included THE THING WITH TWO HEADS, ATTACK OF THE PUPPET PEOPLE, HOW TO STUFF A WILD BIKINI, PLANET OF THE VAMPIRES, COUNT YORGA VAMPIRE, FROGS, EMPIRE OF THE ANTS, I BURY THE LIVING and a few more.

I also found a $1 bin by the registers and found a copy of THE SATANIC RITES OF DRACULA, which I have never seen so I picked it up.

No joy at the Walmart closest to me...

They did have a Halloween endcap w/ some titles they don't normally carry (in various price ranges). No Midnite Movies display, though :(

Did pick up LEGEND OF HELL HOUSE out of the $5.50 bin....

(Of your list above, FROGS has been in the regular $5.50 bin for some time...picked up a copy from there some time back. Thankfully, FROGS shows much less of Sam Elliott then THE LEGACY does)

Yes on the sale bin in Dallas!

The Walmart at I-30 and St. Francis in Dallas had all of the above titles and many more, including some great 1950s and 1960s Mexican non-horror titles starring such greats as Maria Felix, Lorena Velasquez, and Cantinflas (non-subtitled, but what the hey). I spent an hour bin diving around 11:00 PM with a group of other oddballs, including a thirtyish African American couple who could not contain their delight in finding a PETTICOAT JUNCTION box set.
