I was recently listening to the LP Distortions by Blue Phantom and remembered that some of the tracks on this LP are featured in some Jess Franco films, Sinner and Dracula Prisoner of Frankenstein are a couple of the films (I'm no Franco scholar, so I could be wrong)...

Does anyone know anything about this mysterious band? I can't find anything about who the members of this band are and also I'd be interested to know how their music ended up in some Jess Franco films. Does anyone know anything about Blue Phantom?

I also noticed that one of the tracks on this LP was used by the old VHS company CineHollywood as the music that accompanied their logo on their releases.
